Watsy is a WhatsApp AI Agent platform that provides businesses with automated customer support, message management, and AI-powered conversation tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Watsy and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
Watsy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
