Watsy is a WhatsApp AI Agent platform that provides businesses with automated customer support, message management, and AI-powered conversation tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Refunds are provided according to our refund policy.

Watsy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
